Aave Proposes V4 Deployment on Monad Network Amid Price Strength
Aave is expanding its lending infrastructure by proposing the deployment of Aave V4 on the Monad network. This move would introduce three risk-tiered markets, with USDC and USDT0 serving as borrowable assets. The proposed structure would separate assets according to their risk profiles while maintaining shared liquidity through a hub-and-spoke architecture.
The proposed markets would include core assets, growth assets, and emerging listings. USDC and USDT0 would be available as borrowable assets across the proposed markets, while tokenized equities and cash-equivalent assets would primarily serve as collateral.
Aave's multichain expansion is ongoing, with the protocol developing new markets and liquidity structures designed for different ecosystems. The recent updates to Aave App, Aave Pro, and Aave V3 reflect efforts to improve the overall user experience alongside protocol expansion.
