Aave V4 Launches Equities Hub with Coinbase Tokenized Stocks

Aave V4 has officially launched its Equities Hub on Base, allowing eligible users outside of the U.S. to borrow USDC against seven Coinbase tokenized stocks.

The hub accepts tokenized shares of Apple (AAPLc), Amazon (AMZNc), Alphabet (GOOGLc), Meta (METAc), Microsoft (MSFTc), Nvidia (NVDAc), and Tesla (TSLAc) as collateral for USDC loans. Chainlink prices the tokens, but its equity feeds stop publishing from Friday evening until Sunday evening U.S. Eastern Time.

LlamaRisk has capped combined collateral at about $29 million and total borrowing at $21 million. The protocol's risk provider also set a $32 million USDC supply cap, with collateral factors ranging from 65% to 79% depending on the stock.
