$ADA Must Reclaim Key Resistance Levels Before Outlook Improves
Giannis Andreou, founder of Bitmern Mining, has expressed caution about Cardano's technical outlook. According to him, $ADA must reclaim several key resistance levels before its performance becomes more convincing.
The first major hurdle for Cardano is the $0.34 level, which it has yet to break above. If Cardano fails to overcome this resistance, Andreou warns that it could fall significantly over the next two years.
In addition to the $0.34 level, Andreou identified three more significant resistances at $0.74, $0.95, and $1.20. A breakout above $0.34 may not immediately clear the path for a broader recovery, as Cardano could encounter additional selling pressure around these higher resistance zones.
Currently, Cardano trades at around $0.2574, leaving it 32.09% below the $0.34 resistance level. Reclaiming this level would require a significant rally of approximately 40%, while reaching the highest identified resistance at $1.20 would necessitate a 394% increase from its current price.
Cardano's performance relative to other altcoins and its inability to reclaim the $0.34 level have raised concerns among investors, with some highlighting its recovery from recent lows of $0.14 while others echo Andreou's reservations about Cardano's technical outlook.
