AI Agents to Boost Prices of Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum
The prices of Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), Solana (CRYPTO: SOL), and Arbitrum (CRYPTO: ARB) have been underperforming, but their fortunes are about to change. According to a prediction, these assets have catalysts and growth drivers that will start kicking in soon.
Ethereum is set for an upgrade called Glamsterdam in the fourth quarter of 2026, which will raise the gas limit on its network. This could make it more attractive to AI agents looking for a place to do business. Currently, there are over 30,774 agents registered as operating on the Ethereum network.
Solana is also competing to attract AI agents and is dealing with similar issues that affect its supply and capacity to scale. Its supply is set to tighten somewhat due to a governance vote in August 2026, which will cut its issuance by 18.9 million coins over six years.
Arbitrum's fortunes are changing thanks to the launch of Robinhood Chain on its technology. The license requires Robinhood Chain to send 10% of its net revenue to the Arbitrum ecosystem, which is a significant tailwind for the coin's price.
