AI Could Streamline Bitcoin Adoption

Nakamoto Holdings CEO and Chairman David Bailey thinks that AI could become Bitcoin's next onboarding engine, allowing more people to easily use the cryptocurrency.

Bailey made this argument during a discussion hosted by investment bank TD Cowen. He believes the main barrier to entry for Bitcoin has been its interface, including wallets, addresses, and private keys.

AI-powered tools could abstract that complexity away and make it easier for individuals and institutions to use Bitcoin, Bailey argued.

TD Cowen analyst Lance Vitanza described the idea as speculative but worth attention. He noted that it moves the adoption conversation beyond monetary policy, regulation, and institutional flows.
