AI Models Diverge on Bitcoin's Path to $100,000 by September
Bitcoin's recent price surge has some investors wondering if it can reach $100,000 by September. To get to this target, Bitcoin would need to gain around 26% from its current price of about $79,286.
A team at CaptainAltcoin asked three AI models, ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Gemini, to weigh in on the possibility of Bitcoin reaching $100,000 by September. The models were given similar market data, including Bitcoin's current price action, technical indicators such as RSI, ETF flow data, market capitalization growth, and the latest regulatory developments in the United States.
ChatGPT thinks Bitcoin has what it takes to go higher but believes the timeline might be asking too much. The model points to institutional demand as a major positive, citing U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs that have pulled in about $1.92 billion in net inflows over five straight days.
Claude AI also thinks Bitcoin can reach $100,000 but notes that the BTC price has become stretched in the short term. The model acknowledges that the latest breakout is impressive, especially considering Bitcoin added more than $200 billion in market value during the move.
