AI Trading Shifts from Analysis to Automated Execution in Cryptocurrency Markets

Share

Artificial intelligence (AI) in cryptocurrency markets is evolving from passive analysis to automated execution. According to Gracy Chen, Chief Executive Officer of Bitget, modern AI trading systems can independently select instruments, modify technical parameters, and execute trades without manual intervention.

The AI Smart Grid, developed by Bitget, allows traders to set top-level risk preferences, and the underlying algorithms trade pairs, rebalance asset distributions, and execute order flows in real-time. This automation reduces manual latency and eliminates the need for round-the-clock chart monitoring.

However, Chen notes that there are risks associated with AI execution, including parameter, model, execution, market, transparency, and operational risks. Traders should opt for AI execution with manual oversight rather than fully automated trading.
