AIXC Ditches Crypto Holdings for Robotics Play
AIXC Crypto Holdings, a Nasdaq-listed tech micro-cap, has liquidated its entire crypto treasury to pivot towards robotics. The company sold 33.49 BTC, 497.56 ETH, and 6,325.92 SOL on September 4.
The sale is part of AIXC's effort to recover from an unrealized negative balance of nearly 50% on its balance sheets. The proceeds from the divestment, estimated at approximately $4.82 million, will fund the commercial development of RoboShare, a robotics platform that operates as a rental and shared-use model for robotic devices.
AIXC's strategic pivot distances the company from its previous background in the pharmaceutical sector and concludes its phase of acquiring decentralized tokens. The move is part of a broader trend where micro-caps are distancing themselves from the crypto-asset market due to volatility.
