Alpha Modus Secures $250M PIPE Deal, Regains Nasdaq Compliance
Alpha Modus Holdings has secured a significant capital infusion of $250 million through a private investment in public equity (PIPE) transaction, effectively regaining compliance with Nasdaq listing standards. The company issued 51.6 million shares and warrants to purchase an additional 51.6 million shares at $4.36 per share. This substantial investment was made by non-U.S. investors, who purchased the securities for a total consideration of 3,170 .
The company's wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary, AMOD Tech Pte. Ltd., received over 3,000 bitcoins, valued at approximately $250 million based on a reference price of around $83,612.20 per bitcoin on September 30.
This capital injection is substantial relative to Alpha Modus Holdings' current market capitalization of just $7.64 million, which has been affected by the company's decline of 97% over the past year to trade at $1.63 per share.
