American Bitcoin Activates 11K Miners, Boosts Hashrate by 12% in Canada

American Bitcoin Corp. has activated approximately 11,298 miners at its Drumheller facility in Alberta, Canada. This deployment adds 3.05 exahash per second to the company's total owned capacity.

The fleet now operates at 28.1 EH/s across approximately 89,242 machines, a rise of more than 12%. Eric Trump, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, said that scaling hashrate is one of the ways the company strengthens its position in Bitcoin.

Shares in American Bitcoin Corp., listed under the ticker ABTC, climbed over 12% on Wednesday. The stock has gained approximately 49% over the past month after hitting a low of $0.77 on March 30.
