AMINA Bank Teams Up with Cantor to Explore Public Market Options
Swiss digital asset bank AMINA is exploring public market options in collaboration with Wall Street firm Cantor. The bank, which holds a full digital asset banking license from FINMA and serves institutional and professional clients, has not made a final decision on any structure or timeline for the potential listing.
Currently, AMINA favors a reverse takeover of a digital asset treasury company over other options such as a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger. This decision is reportedly due to the bank's priority on securing strategic growth capital rather than rushing to reach a stock exchange quickly.
The bank has confirmed it is not currently in active talks with any SPAC or digital asset treasury company, despite having previously considered these options.
