Building 2's critical IT load now stands at 150 MW, with existing contracts expected to cover 400 MW of critical IT load once the campus is fully built. Polaris Forge 1 is a fully leased AI Factory campus, indicating strong demand for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence data centers.
Applied Digital's growth and capital allocation have shifted toward high-performance computing and artificial intelligence data centers, in addition to its blockchain data centers for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining clients.
