ARB Price Eyes Critical Resistance Zone as Perps Activity Strengthens Ecosystem Outlook
The Arbitrum (ARB) token is entering a critical phase after breaking out of its prolonged consolidation range, and crypto analyst GA Crypto believes that $0.26 may be the next major resistance zone.
After an extended period of trading between $0.075 and $0.100, ARB broke above key resistance levels in early September and accelerated towards approximately $0.200. The sharp move pushed the token well above its moving averages and significantly widened the Bollinger Bands.
The recent rally has sparked caution among margin traders, with derivatives activity decreasing by 25.26% to $445.06 million, while open interest is down 2.23% to $207.78 million. However, strong perpetual futures trading volumes within the entire Arbitrum network indicate persistent interest in perpetuities markets.
ARB's technical structure remains constructive, with the token holding above its major moving averages and dynamic support levels. If it can sustain momentum and maintain higher highs, the analyst expects a favorable structure for further upside.
