Arbitrum Price Retreats as Momentum Fades
Arbitrum's price has held near $0.20 after September's surge faded, but the rally is losing momentum. The altcoin is about 20% below its peak in September and buyers are defending the support area around $0.19-$0.20.
The relative strength index (RSI) shows weaker momentum within the recovery, which could be a cautionary sign for investors. Despite this, Arbitrum's price remains above all three simple moving averages (SMAs), indicating that it is still in an upward trend.
Arbitrum's revenue reporting points to a stronger month for the project. In September, the company reported $5.45 million in revenue, with licensing fees accounting for approximately 87% of that total. However, treasury income does not automatically pay holders, and investors need to understand how Arbitrum's revenue connects to ARB.
