Arbitrum Soars 136%, But Can It Keep Climbing to $0.25?
Arbitrum (ARB) has been on a tear, surging by 136% since mid-August. The price has broken above key moving averages, indicating a strong bullish trend. According to data from CoinGlass, Open Interest and trading volume have also seen significant increases, with OI tripling in just a week.
The asset's price has been oscillating between $0.160 and $0.20683 on the daily timeframe, with buyers attempting to convert corrections into continuation signals. However, if the price falls below $0.160, it could be a bearish signal, potentially opening the door to a retest of the $0.130 zone.
The 70% upside target would place ARB near the $0.25-$0.29 range, but this is contingent on the price breaking above its recent high with rising OI and volume. If buying pressure sustains, Arbitrum's price could test $0.20-$0.22 in the near term.
