Arbitrum Surges 120% on Robinhood Chain Growth
The Arbitrum (ARB) token has experienced a significant surge in price, rising by over 120% in recent weeks. This increase is largely attributed to the growth of Robinhood Chain, which functions as a specialized Arbitrum chain and has seen its revenue from 24-hour transactions surpass $2 million.
As a result of this activity, Arbitrum's share of net protocol revenue would annualize to around $73 million if the rate continues. This increase in revenue is significant, especially considering that Robinhood Chain's gross revenue reportedly surged from approximately $54,700 on August 22 to over $1.08 million on August 30.
The Arbitrum Foundation has reported that its networks handled 478 million transactions in the first half of 2025, with an average monthly volume of stablecoin transfers exceeding $70 billion. This growth is a key factor in Arbitrum's rising value.
