Three DeFi projects - Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance (formerly ApolloX) - are facing possible exclusion from future Arbitrum DAO programs. According to Arbitrum's Watchdog Committee, the projects have until a tentative September 10 deadline to address high-severity misuse findings and return funds considered unresolved.

The combined figures total 457,553 ARB, but this represents different findings rather than one amount established as stolen or recoverable.

Good Entry is accused of distributing 142,839 ARB to 1,032 ineligible users during the Short-Term Incentives Program. Limitless allegedly swapped 75,000 ARB into USDC and transferred the funds to Base, while APX Finance is linked to overlapping issues including unutilized treasury addresses and late transfers.

The Watchdog Committee has proposed separate off-chain Snapshot votes for each project to seek social consensus on exclusion from future DAO programs. If a project's explanation is deemed unsatisfactory and its respective funds are not returned, a vote would follow.
