Arbitrum's Robinhood Chain Fueling 120% Price Surge
Arbitrum (ARB) has experienced a significant surge in value, increasing by over 120% from around $0.08 in late August to nearly $0.20 in September.
The catalyst behind this rally appears to be the growth of Robinhood Chain, a specialized Arbitrum chain that serves as an indirect revenue source for the ecosystem.
Robinhood Chain has seen its 24-hour transactions surpass $2 million, and 10% of net protocol revenue is returned to the Arbitrum ecosystem, which could annualize to around $73 million if the activity continues at this rate.
The Arbitrum Foundation reports that its networks handled 478 million transactions in the first half of 2025, with an average monthly volume of stablecoin transfers exceeding $70 billion.
However, experts warn that ARB is technically stretched and overbought, with a Relative Strength Index (RSI) of around 85, indicating a significant correction risk.
