ARK Invest Dives Deeper into Crypto with BitMine and Solana Staking Bets

ARK Invest has continued its buying spree in the crypto space, adding $251,500 worth of BitMine Immersion Technologies shares and the 3iQ Solana Staking ETF to three of its exchange-traded funds.

The purchases were made through ARKK, ARKW, and ARKF, with the flagship ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) buying 5,264 shares of BitMine at $15.79 per share, worth approximately $83,100.

ARKW and ARKF also increased their holdings in the 3iQ Solana Staking ETF (SOLQ.U), with ARKW purchasing 16,917 shares valued at around $101,700, and ARKF adding 11,101 shares worth about $66,700. The combined total of SOLQ.U shares bought by the two funds amounts to 28,018, valued at roughly $168,400.

The purchases come as the Solana-based investment product declined 2.12% to close at $6.01 on Friday.
