ARK Invest Tokenizes $1.3B Fund on Ethereum via Securitize

ARK Invest has tokenized its $1.3 billion ARK Venture Fund through Securitize on Ethereum, marking the first time the firm has brought one of its funds onchain.

The actively managed fund continues to invest in private and public technology companies, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and Databricks.

Cathie Wood, ARK's founder and CEO, framed the launch as a conviction bet, stating 'Tokenizing the ARK Venture Fund puts our conviction in the evolution, if not revolution, of capital markets into practice.'
