ARK Invest Tokenizes ARKVX Fund on Ethereum

Cathie Wood's ARK Invest has taken another step into the world of blockchain and tokenization. The firm has launched a tokenized version of its ARKVX fund on Ethereum, through a partnership with Securitize.

The ARKVX fund is an actively managed interval fund that invests in companies related to disruptive innovation, including OpenAI and Anthropic. By launching the fund as a token on the Ethereum blockchain, eligible investors can access their interests digitally.

This move follows ARK's $10 million strategic investment in Securitize in October 2025, which centered around regulated tokenized securities and expanding investment products to blockchain infrastructure.
