ARK Invest Tokenizes Venture Fund, Bringing it onto Ethereum

ARK Invest and Securitize have partnered to bring the $1.3 billion ARK Venture Fund onto Ethereum.

The tokenized version of the fund is now available, allowing eligible investors to access the fund's holdings in private and public companies with a minimum investment of just $500 in USDC.

Cathie Wood, CEO of ARK Invest, said that tokenizing the fund demonstrates their conviction in the evolution of capital markets. Each token is backed one-to-one by ARKVX shares held in custody at BNY Mellon.

The launch follows a strategic investment made by ARK Invest in Securitize in October 2025, with the two companies working together to advance institutional adoption of tokenized securities.
