ARK's Bitcoin ETF Bleeds $84 Million Amid Record BTC Prices
The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) experienced a significant reversal in sentiment this week, with $84.4 million in net outflows on September 17.
This withdrawal accounts for approximately 3.6% of the fund's $2.35 billion in assets under management, marking one of the most pronounced single-day pullbacks for the spot Bitcoin product so far this quarter.
The outflow occurs despite the related asset, BTC-USD, trading near record territory at $80,471.99, with Bitcoin climbing about 26.07% over the past three months and its 1-day technical signal remaining a bullish Strong Buy.
Analysts suggest that the substantial redemption may reflect profit-taking and risk trimming rather than a fundamental shift in Bitcoin's outlook.
