AsiaStrategy Enters Bitcoin-Backed Credit Facility in Asia

AsiaStrategy has entered into a Bitcoin-backed credit facility in Asia, marking a significant development for the company's digital asset treasury operations. The facility is structured on a multi-tranche basis, allowing the counterparty to draw funds over time with each drawdown subject to AsiaStrategy's discretion.

The loan-to-value levels, top-up mechanics, and rollover terms are set on a facility-by-facility basis to maintain collateral coverage during Bitcoin price volatility. Revenue from the facilities accrues on contracted terms rather than Bitcoin price movements, converting part of the company's balance sheet into a revenue-generating asset base.

AsiaStrategy Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer Jason Fang said, 'A digital asset treasury company should be judged on more than the size of its coin balance.' He added that this facility puts recurring revenue alongside their Bitcoin, on terms they underwrote themselves, with a counterparty they know well.
