Atlantic Expands Digital Infrastructure with Tennessee Acquisition
Atlantic HPC Group Inc. has expanded its digital infrastructure capabilities by acquiring Valley Oasis Development LLC, a Tennessee-based entity with contracted power agreements for 29 MW of aggregate contract demand.
The acquisition brings Atlantic's total utility-approved capacity to 127 MW across facilities in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ohio, and now Tennessee.
Valley Oasis' location is substation-adjacent with heavy-industrial zoning suitable for bitcoin mining and high-density AI compute deployments, served by Dyersburg Electric System under standard industrial rate schedules.
Atlantic CFO Benson Liu stated that the acquisition marks a significant increase to their utility-approved capacity and demonstrates their ability to grow through selective strategic acquisitions.
