Avalanche and Remittix Bring Two Paths to Mainstream Crypto Adoption
Avalanche's infrastructure continues to attract builders that tokenize traditional assets, with partners supporting products such as digital securities and asset-backed yield. The platform's Helicon upgrade, activated on mainnet in September, added continuous execution and changes to staking economics, giving developers further infrastructure improvements.
Meanwhile, Remittix is focused on another practical route for blockchain value: turning supported crypto into fiat that arrives in a compatible bank account. The company has invited its first 1,000 PayFi users into testing ahead of a scheduled November 24 RTX launch, which could be the beginning of a far larger transaction network.
Remittix's PayFi design aims to take supported crypto and deliver fiat through compatible bank routes across more than 30 target currencies. Its broader ecosystem includes a wallet and financial tools around the transfer, with its iOS wallet already available.
Avalanche and Remittix represent two different entry points into a much bigger financial market. While Avalanche benefits from tokenized assets and institutional applications, Remittix can benefit if individuals and businesses repeatedly use crypto-to-bank transfers. The global remittance market alone amounts to hundreds of billions of dollars annually, so even a narrow foothold could support substantial payment activity.
