Avalanche Enters UAE's National Digital Identity System with Over 11 Million Users

Avalanche blockchain technology has been integrated into the UAE's national digital identity system, UAE PASS. This move marks a significant expansion of Avalanche beyond its traditional use cases in cryptocurrency and finance.

The integration is led by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and Deca4, which have partnered to incorporate Avalanche into the digital vault system behind UAE PASS.

This platform allows citizens and visitors to confirm their identity, sign documents digitally, and request official files. With over 11 million registered users as of December 2025, it connects to more than 15,000 services across various sectors.
