Avalanche Price Eyes $12 as Tokenized Stock Growth Drives Recovery
Avalanche (AVAX) is showing resilience in the market, maintaining its price above $10 despite a 1.75% decline over the last 24 hours. The token's value remains above its $9.549 chart level, keeping the recovery structure intact.
The recent surge in tokenized stock activity on the Avalanche network is providing a fundamental catalyst for the price. In September, the network added $245.5 million in tokenized stock market capitalization, placing it at the top of its shared comparison. This growth in tokenized stocks is drawing more attention to the network, and the price chart indicates buyers have sustained the recovery that started in late September.
The TradingView chart shows AVAX above its 20-day EMA of $10.036 and above the 50-, 100- and 200-day EMAs at $8.798, $8.205 and $8.882, respectively. A sustained break above the recent $11, $12 zone would reinforce the recovery structure, while a drop below $9.549 would undermine the current setup.
The DeFiLlama chart shows Avalanche's TVL near the $650 million level toward the end of September, providing additional on-chain context for the recent AVAX recovery. The price move is occurring alongside measurable network activity, which is a positive sign for the token's prospects.
