AVAX One Technology Ltd., a digital infrastructure company, announced it has completed a restructuring of its convertible debt facility. The move involves retiring approximately $6.8 million in outstanding debentures held by institutional investors.

The restructuring included fully repaying two debentures and modifying a third to reduce its principal amount and amend certain provisions. This includes increasing the minimum cash and Bitcoin the company must maintain from $100,000 to $3.5 million.

Interim CEO Peter Wylie expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating it strengthens the balance sheet and reduces near-term liabilities. The restructuring was funded using cash on hand and a reduction in an escrow receivable from one of the investors.
