AvengerDAO Security Marketplace Expands to 17 Firms Amid Falling Loss Figures on BNB Chain
The BNB Chain has added six new security firms to its AvengerDAO Security Marketplace, bringing the total number of providers to 17. The marketplace is designed to connect developers building on the BNB Chain with screened security firms, allowing projects to engage directly without submitting a prior application.
The AvengerDAO Security Marketplace was launched in August 2026 and has grown significantly since its inception. Alongside the marketplace, AvengerDAO introduced the BNB-SS security standard, which includes five pillars such as governance and oracle integrations.
The BNB-SS security standard aims to provide a comprehensive framework for securing protocols on the BNB Chain. The introduction of this standard is part of AvengerDAO's broader push to protect users against exploits and scams, which was launched in 2022. Since then, AvengerDAO's risk APIs have issued over 38 million warnings.
The expansion of the AvengerDAO Security Marketplace is expected to benefit developers on the BNB Chain by providing more choice and a better shot at finding an auditor with the right specialty, availability, and price point. The falling loss figures on the BNB Chain are also seen as a potential confidence boost for projects tied to AvengerDAO.
