B3 Lists DIGY11, a Brazil-Listed ETF Tracking Bitcoin Treasury Preferred Shares
Brazil's stock exchange B3 now lists DIGY11, an ETF holding preferred shares from Bitcoin-treasury firms Strategy and Strive. This fund offers exposure to Bitcoin-related corporate preferred shares without buying Bitcoin itself.
The product is not a spot Bitcoin ETF and does not seek to match the price of Bitcoin. It follows a Brazilian real-hedged MarketVector index of preferred shares issued by companies with substantial Bitcoin holdings on their balance sheets.
B3 said that secondary-market trading would not begin as planned, at the fund manager's request. The product page reported R$27.5 million in net assets and a R$10.00 net asset value per unit for September 11th.
