Beefy's Cowcentrated Liquidity Manager Lands on Ethereum Mainnet
Beefy Finance has launched its Cowcentrated Liquidity Manager (CLM) on Ethereum's mainnet, bringing automated concentrated liquidity management to Uniswap V3's most traded pairs. This marks Beefy's first foray into Ethereum's mainnet liquidity environment after operating CLMs across other blockchains for nearly two years.
The initial four vaults target blue-chip and stablecoin pairs: WBTC/USDC, WBTC/WETH, WETH/USDT, and USDC/WETH. The system automatically manages range positions, compounds trading fees daily, and rebalances every six hours without requiring users to sell any tokens.
The CLM aims to eliminate the difficulty of managing concentrated liquidity, which can be a headache for providers who need to constantly monitor price movements, adjust their ranges, and compound earned fees manually. Beefy's smart contracts handle range resets, trading fee compounding, and rebalancing without user intervention after the initial deposit.
The protocol charges a 9.5% performance fee on earned yield for this service, which is slightly below the average charged by competing automated liquidity managers.
