Belarus and Russia to Collaborate on AI and Crypto Technologies

Belarus and Russia are exploring ways to enhance their cooperation in the tech sector, with a focus on creating joint IT services and leveraging each other's expertise in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency technologies. According to Anna Ryabova, Head of the Secretariat of the Supervisory Board of the Hi-Tech Park, the two nations have the potential to advance their cooperation to a new level through the creation of joint IT services and IT solutions within the Union State.

Ryabova highlighted the growing demand for specialists with expertise in AI, who can combine deep subject-matter expertise, engineering, and architectural thinking. The Hi-Tech Park currently has the greatest demand for such specialists, and this area is seen as a key area for growth for both countries.

The crypto sector is also identified as a promising area for cooperation. Ryabova views cryptocurrency technologies not only as a standalone industry but also as a tool for attracting investment. She believes that combining the expertise of the Union State can become a powerful tool for entering third-country markets and attracting international investment.

The creation of joint IT services and IT solutions within the Union State is seen as a way to enhance cooperation and leverage the expertise of both countries in emerging areas such as AI and cryptocurrency technologies.
