Analysts at Bernstein are predicting that Bitcoin's price could reach $300,000 by the end of 2029. This forecast is based on the assumption of a traditional four-year cycle in the market, which has been observed previously. According to Gautam Chughani, an analyst at Bernstein, this milestone could be reached as early as mid-2027, with a new historical high of $150,000.

The analysts believe that the era of declining interest rates has come to an end, and governments are facing rising debts and increasing costs for servicing them. In response, authorities may seek to support the economy by weakening national currencies, which could lead to increased investor interest in assets with limited supply, such as Bitcoin.

Bernstein notes that there is already growing interest in cryptocurrency from large financial institutions and private investors. However, the analysts have lowered their target price for MicroStrategy shares from $450 to $350, maintaining an 'outperform' rating.
