Bernstein Sees Bitcoin Soaring to $300,000 by 2029 on Debasement Trade and Regulatory Boost
Bernstein, an American asset-management firm with $829 billion in assets under management, is predicting that Bitcoin could hit $300,000 by 2029. The firm believes that BTC has no alternative but to skyrocket to $150,000 by mid-next year.
According to Gautam Chhugani, managing director at Bernstein, the cryptocurrency is preparing for new price discoveries fueled by numerous catalysts. These include debasement trade, rising global demand, and a favorable regulatory environment.
The analyst cited an improving regulatory environment as another key factor helping promote crypto market development. The upcoming CLARITY Act will make it easier for both institutional clients and retail customers to buy, hold, and trade Bitcoin, bringing greater enthusiasm to the crypto market.
Bernstein's models show that BTC is on the verge of breaking through to a new all-time high of $150,000 by mid-2027 before targeting new peaks of $300,000-$500,000 by the end of 2029. The interplay of these factors will eventually push the asset's value upward.
