Binance Adds Stock and ETF Options Trading for Over 1,000 US-Listed Stocks
Binance has announced the launch of stock and ETF options trading on its platform, effective September 1. The service will be available for over 1,000 selected US-listed stocks and ETFs.
The options trading will be provided through a partnership with Nest Trading, a broker-dealer that is authorized by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Nest Trading will act as an introducing broker, receiving orders from users and forwarding them to Alpaca Securities, a self-clearing broker-dealer registered with FINRA. Alpaca Securities will be responsible for executing, clearing, and settling the trades.
The options available on Binance will be physical settlement-type, meaning that if an investor exercises their option, they will receive the underlying stock or ETF from Alpaca Securities.
