Binance and Bybit Throw RLUSD Rewards into Crypto Ring
Two major cryptocurrency exchanges, Binance and Bybit, are offering XRP rewards to users who hold Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD. The promotions aim to attract and retain RLUSD balances on each platform.
Binance announced its offer on September 24, stating that eligible holders will share $800,000 worth of XRP over four weeks, starting from September 25. Bybit is also running a separate 'RLUSD Hold & Earn' promotion, which includes XRP rewards and zero-fee RLUSD/USDT spot trading for a limited period.
The terms of the offers differ between platforms, with Binance excluding users in several jurisdictions, including the United States and United Kingdom. Bybit's current phase runs through October 18, offering RLUSD rewards alongside XRP bonuses that favor longer continuous holdings.
