Binance App Removed from Google Play in Certain EU Countries

Binance's Android app has been removed from the Google Play Store in certain EU countries due to concerns over its compliance with the European Union's crypto licensing framework. The removal affects specific countries, not all EU markets.

A user in Spain confirmed that the Binance app no longer appears in Google Play searches, but it is still accessible via the Oppo App Market used on Oppo devices. In contrast, checks in Poland showed the app remains available on Google Play.

This development comes weeks after Binance withdrew its MiCA application in Greece, shortly before the July 1 deadline for transitioning to the new framework. The company later informed some EU users that access to certain services would be restricted while withdrawal operations would remain open.
