Binance Bitcoin Reserves Hit Six-Month High
Binance's Bitcoin reserves have reached their highest level in six months, according to data from CryptoQuant. The exchange now holds approximately 667,500 BTC, a significant increase of around 51,500 BTC since April.
This rise in reserves is noteworthy as it indicates more supply for trading on the platform. However, analysts caution that higher reserves do not necessarily mean investors plan to sell. Liquidity transfers, custody changes, and internal exchange operations can also contribute to this trend.
In fact, on-chain analyst suggests that if reserves continue to grow while Bitcoin falls, it could be a stronger signal of increased selling pressure. On the other hand, an increased inflow of deposits during this time period could indicate more buying activity.
