Binance Cleans Up Spot Market, Removes Three Stablecoin Pairs

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced another optimization of its spot market. As part of this effort, three stablecoin pairs will be removed on September 11, 2026, at 03:00 UTC.

The affected pairs are OPENFDUSD, SAGAFDUSD, and VELODROMEUSDC.

Binance regularly monitors the liquidity and trading volumes of its instruments to maintain a healthy trading environment. If a pair shows low interest from traders, it may be removed to avoid overcrowding order books.

The exchange has stated that this removal only concerns these specific pairs with FDUSD and USDC stablecoins, not the complete delisting of the projects themselves.

Traders can still buy and sell the coins through other alternative pairs, such as those against USDT or BTC.
