Binance Delists Three Altcoins Ahead of Trading Halt

Binance has announced it will terminate all spot trading for three altcoins and delist these assets from its platform. The affected coins are ICON (ICX), Secret (SCRT), and Storj (STORJ). According to the exchange's official announcement, all spot trading pairs for ICX, SCRT, and STORJ will be removed as of 03:00 UTC on September 3, 2026. This means that trading for these assets on the spot market will be discontinued.

The delisting also affects various Binance services such as Simple Earn, Dual Investment, Gift Card, Convert, Buy & Sell Crypto, Binance Pay, Spot Copy Trading, Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot, Binance Pool, Loan, and Margin. The relevant tokens will be deactivated across these services on different dates, with some services being affected earlier than others.

The closure of positions in the Binance Futures contracts associated with ICX, SCRT, and STORJ will take place on August 26, 2026, at 09:00 UTC. Users will not be able to open new positions in these contracts starting from 08:30 UTC on August 26, 2026.

Binance has advised users to close their positions and transfer their assets to their Spot accounts to avoid potential losses. The exchange also stated that it may take additional risk measures during conditions of high volatility.
