Ionic Digital Expands Business and Targets Campus Expansion
Ionic Digital has announced its second-quarter results for 2026, reporting revenue of $48.6 million, up 31% year-over-year.
The company's digital infrastructure leasing business now accounts for 90% of its revenue, a significant shift from its previous focus on Bitcoin mining to high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) data center infrastructure.
Ionic Digital also reported a gross profit of $40.5 million and Adjusted Gross Profit of $45.4 million, compared to $14.9 million in the prior-year quarter.
The company's net loss for the quarter was $35.3 million, including a non-cash loss on cryptocurrency fair value of $28.2 million and a tax provision of $27.2 million.
