Binance Expands TradFi Offerings with Launch of ETF Wealth Management
Binance has expanded its traditional finance (TradFi) offerings with the launch of ETF Wealth Management, a platform providing access to U.S.-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The initial lineup consists of 11 funds focused on cash management and investment-grade bonds. Binance groups these ETFs into three horizons: Cash Management for periods under six months, Steady Income for six to 12 months, and Yield Enhancement for periods longer than one year.
Users hold actual ETF shares through Binance Stock Trading, which executes purchases and handles clearing, settlement, and custody. The exchange says it does not custody the securities, with Alpaca Securities handling these tasks.
