Binance founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ) has clarified his involvement in a public ranking, stating that funds donated to his public address are not necessarily from him. He explained that these donations include meme tokens and failed projects like ReachMe IO, which were mistakenly attributed to him.

CZ emphasized that he is currently funding the Giggle Academy team with an annual $5 million investment, covering 1.5 million children. This translates to a per capita cost of approximately $3 per person, according to CZ.

Giggle Academy is a free online basic education project initiated by CZ, providing digital courses for children in areas lacking educational resources. As the project scales, the average funding cost per child will decrease over time, with CZ noting that this reduction will be 'quite significant.'
