Binance Founder CZ vs OKX Founder Xu: Decade-Old Dispute Reignites

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao and OKX founder Star Xu are embroiled in a public feud on X, trading accusations of fraud, dishonesty, and personal misconduct.

The dispute stems from a decade-old contract dispute involving early Bitcoin investor Roger Ver, which was reignited after CZ published his prison-penned memoir.

Xu accused Zhao of misrepresenting events from his 2015 stint at OKCoin, the predecessor to OKX, and called him 'a habitual liar' who 'never changes.'

CZ responded by denying the allegations and offering a $1 billion wager that his divorce had been finalized, which Xu rejected due to compliance obligations.
