Binance Founder Zhao Welcomes Competition from Decentralized Exchanges

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao has spoken out about Hyperliquid, a decentralized exchange (DEX) that has been gaining attention in the crypto industry. According to Zhao, he views Hyperliquid as a competitor, but not negatively. He sees it as 'normal competition' and welcomes more centralized and decentralized trading platforms to innovate and compete.

Zhao believes that the digital-asset industry is still in its early stages, and if it grows, all participants, including Hyperliquid, Binance Coin (BNB), and Bitcoin (BTC), could benefit together. He also notes that an early lead does not necessarily make a company the biggest long-term winner.
