Binance Launches Incentivized Learning Program Across South Asia

Binance has introduced 'Academania Skill-Up', a free six-month learning campaign to educate users in South Asia about blockchain and digital assets. The program aims to bridge the knowledge gap between crypto adoption and literacy.

India ranks sixth globally for grassroots crypto adoption, according to Chainalysis' 2026 Global Crypto Adoption Index. Binance's initiative reflects the industry's concern that many new users lack basic knowledge of wallet security, scam recognition, or blockchain mechanics.

'The gap today isn't access-it's understanding,' said SB Seker, Head of APAC at Binance. 'For someone starting out, a two-hour course can mean the difference between recognizing a scam and losing savings.'
