Binance Moves Record-Breaking $SHIB Amount in Single Transaction

Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has moved an enormous amount of Shiba Inu tokens in a single transaction. According to blockchain analytics platform Arkham Intelligence, Binance transferred 498,891,481,684 Shiba Inu ($SHIB) from one of its hot wallets to a cold wallet on August 11.

The transfer is worth approximately $2.25 million at current prices and represents a significant amount of liquidity for active trading. Despite the massive transfer, Binance's sending hot wallet still held 530.98 billion $SHIB after the transaction, allowing the exchange to maintain its substantial amount of liquidity.

The move comes as Shiba Inu records significant exchange outflows, with netflow data from CryptoQuant showing a negative -119.17 billion tokens. This means that more $SHIB left exchanges than entered them, potentially indicating that users are transferring tokens to private wallets instead of keeping them available for trading.
