Binance has expanded its services by opening spot trading for Hyperliquid (HYPE) on September 24. However, users from the United States and its territories are barred from participating in this new market due to regional restrictions.

Trading began at 7 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC), with HYPE available against USDT, USDC, and TRY pairs. The listing fee for HYPE is set at 0 BNB, and the exchange has applied its Seed Tag, indicating that HYPE is a relatively new token with higher risk and potential price volatility.

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao stated that competition between centralized exchanges and decentralized exchanges can expand the overall crypto market. He noted that 'We view exchanges as helping to grow the pie.'
