Binance has expanded its services in Japan by partnering with PayPay to enable cryptocurrency spending at merchants across the country. The new service, which is already available as of April 9, 2026, allows users to link their Binance Japan and PayPay accounts for seamless transactions.

Using PayPay Money, users can deposit Japanese yen into their Binance Japan account with a flat fee of ¥110 per transaction and a minimum transfer limit of ¥1,000. The service also supports instant 24/7 deposits and withdrawals, excluding maintenance periods.

The partnership between Binance and PayPay is expected to make it easier for cryptocurrency users in Japan to spend their digital assets at merchants who accept PayPay Money. To use the new service, users must complete KYC procedures on both platforms and enable account linkage through the Binance Japan app.
